We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Sales Team Leader who has a proven track record of success in leading and managing sales teams. You will have a strong understanding of unsecured finance products, including personal loans, credit cards, and consumer lending options. You will also have expertise in underwriting processes, focusing on creditworthiness, debt-to-income ratios, and risk evaluation for unsecured loans.
You will be a target-driven individual, consistently exceeding sales goals and identifying growth opportunities. You will have a consultative sales approach, skilled in understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions. You will also have excellent communication skills across verbal, written, and listening formats.
