The Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Ward Manager to lead our Medium Secure Division. As a key member of our team, you will have managerial and operational responsibility for your ward and all aspects of performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example and inspire your team to provide exceptional care and operational excellence.
- Manage and develop your ward's performance, ensuring high levels of nursing and care.
- Work collaboratively with other wards and teams to achieve shared goals.
- Develop and implement processes to improve quality and operational management.
Requirements
- Experience in a management position, preferably in a secure services setting.
- Strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a positive outlook.
- Ability to influence and support your team, and be enthusiastic about change.
- Skilled in British Sign Language (BSL) as a preference.
