Job Title: Commercial Workshop Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Workshop Manager to join our team at Tru Talent. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of excellent customer service and site profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the delivery of a first-class customer service journey, ensuring vehicles are brought into the shop and completed in-line with customer expectations.
  • Order and manage stock for all materials and parts required to complete any job that comes through your workshop.
  • Ensure our quality control process is followed and all work is completed to a high standard.
  • Manage and motivate your team to deliver exceptional results and meet targets.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of workshop operations and customer service.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
