Workshop Electrician

We are seeking a highly skilled Workshop Electrician to join our team at Recra Consulting. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our electrical systems.

• Electrical System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Component Installation and Replacement: Install and replace electrical components and wiring as required to maintain system integrity.
• Electrical System Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of electrical systems to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret electrical blueprints and technical diagrams to ensure accurate installation and maintenance of electrical systems.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with electrical engineers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
• Teamwork and Problem-Solving: Demonstrate strong teamwork and problem-solving skills to resolve complex electrical system issues.
• Hand Tool and Power Tool Utilization: Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform electrical system maintenance and repairs.
• Soldering and Crimping: Demonstrate proficiency in soldering and crimping techniques to ensure high-quality electrical connections.
• Work Order Interpretation: Read and interpret work orders to ensure accurate completion of electrical system maintenance and repairs.
• Independent Work: Work independently to complete electrical system maintenance and repairs while adhering to safety protocols.

This role is based in a fast-paced industrial environment, working Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. You will be working in a team environment, collaborating with electrical engineers and other stakeholders to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our electrical systems.
