About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join our Adult Community Mental Health Team in Norris Green. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care to adults with mental health needs, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver effective treatment and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive psychiatric assessments and treatment plans for adults with mental health needs
  • Work collaboratively with our community mental health team to deliver effective care and support
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local healthcare providers and community organizations
  • Participate in clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality care
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of mental health policies and procedures
Requirements
  • MB BS or equivalent medical qualification
  • Qualification or higher degree in medical education, clinical research, or management
  • Excellent knowledge and clinical skills in General Adult Psychiatry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
