Shift Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Shift Leader to join our team at One Stop. As a Shift Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stores, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of colleagues to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate store activities, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Lead a team of colleagues to deliver excellent customer service, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance, customer satisfaction, and colleague engagement.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives, including sales growth, customer retention, and operational efficiency.
- Provide coaching and feedback to colleagues to enhance their skills and performance.
- Manage store inventory, including stock replenishment, ordering, and disposal.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and report on store performance, including sales, customer satisfaction, and colleague engagement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, colleagues, and external partners to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
- Proven experience in a retail or customer-facing role, with a strong track record of leadership and team management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
