About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Coach to join our Contact Centre team as a Contact Centre Trainer. As a key member of our training team, you will play a vital role in supporting new team members through their induction and ongoing development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver high-quality training programs to ensure new team members have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, guides, and assessments.
  • Provide ongoing support and coaching to new team members, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Collaborate with other trainers and subject matter experts to ensure training programs are aligned with business objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of training programs and materials to support the growth and development of our Contact Centre team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a training or coaching role, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your style to suit different audiences.
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a training context.
  • Experience with training delivery, including presentation, facilitation, and coaching.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
