Support Worker

We are seeking a Casual Support Worker to join our team at Wiltshire Council. As a Casual Support Worker, you will provide support to customers with personal care needs, social daily living skills, and leisure or work activities.
About the RoleThis is a casual role, working on an as-needed basis, depending on Wiltshire Council's requirements and your availability. You will work in a person-centred manner, promoting well-being, choices, dignity, and independence.

- Collaborate with customers to identify and achieve outcomes
- Support individuals in a variety of activities within the service or local community
As a Casual Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to work in a friendly and welcoming environment, with a 'One Council' ethos. You will receive regular training opportunities and be supported to undertake a 26-week probationary period with regular meetings throughout this period to monitor progress.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to provide a full employment history and detail any gaps. You will also need to complete a full employment history form and attach it to your application form.
