Job Title: Global Communications Director

Job Summary:

The Advocate Group is seeking a highly skilled Global Communications Director to lead the development of breakthrough campaigns and drive brand desire and power. As a key member of the leadership team, you will oversee all aspects of global communication, ensuring consistent and effective brand messaging worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a global communication strategy that aligns with the group's way of Building Brands.
  2. Collaborate with the CMI and Innovation team to integrate data-driven insights into communication strategies & campaigns.
  3. Oversee global advertising, from ideation to launch, to create seamless integrated omnichannel campaigns.
  4. Work with the Luxury PR and Partnership team to translate the global strategy into fully integrated, effective, and compelling campaigns & activations.
  5. Ensure consistent and cohesive brand messaging across all communication channels and regions.
  6. Act as the brand guardian for all communication initiatives across markets.
  7. Adopt and promote the group's way of Building Brands across all brand communication campaigns & initiatives.
  8. Collaborate with global marketing functions and local marketing teams to develop and implement best-in-class communication programmes.
  9. Set the vision for the brand's digital strategy and agenda to create a seamless omnichannel user journey.
  10. Define the vision for the brand global PR & Partnership strategy.
  11. Oversee budget management across all communication campaigns.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in global communications, with experience in developing and implementing effective communication strategies. Strong leadership and collaboration skills are essential, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
