Job Title: Head of Public Relations and Communications

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled PR and Communications Director to lead our global communications strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in global PR, a deep understanding of the mobility landscape, and a passion for storytelling and brand building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a global public relations strategy to position us as a thought leader in the mobility, second citizenship, and private wealth sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international media outlets, journalists, influencers, and industry leaders.
  • Oversee the development of all corporate communications, press releases, media kits, speeches, and talking points.
  • Manage reputation risk by overseeing crisis communications strategies and implementing timely, accurate, and effective responses.
  • Collaborate with the digital teams to ensure a cohesive PR presence across online platforms.
  • Act as the central point of contact for all internal communications to foster a strong company culture.
  • Effectively lead and manage a remote team of communications professionals.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in public relations, communications, or journalism, with proven success in global PR strategy and high-profile media placements.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire and collaborate with both remote and in-person teams.
  • Strong ability to conceptualize and implement innovative PR campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of the global mobility landscape, especially in relation to the needs of high-net-worth individuals seeking global citizenship and/or residency solutions.
