As an Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and processing invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. You will also handle purchasing activities related to fleet management, including vendor coordination, and provide account support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Handle purchasing activities related to fleet management, including vendor coordination.
  • Provide account support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance fleet management processes.
  • Utilize QuickBooks and Tecman for financial and fleet management tasks.
  • Work closely with the accounts managers to ensure seamless operations within the team.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation related to fleet activities.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience in accounts administration, customer invoicing, and purchasing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
