About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to join our team at our esteemed office in Shepherd's Bush. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of properties, ensuring their maintenance and upkeep align with our high standards.

Your Key Tasks

  1. Oversee the day-to-day repairs and maintenance of properties, keeping tenants informed of progress.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, landlords, and tenants through effective communication and liaison.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • An excellent problem solver with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • A proven track record in property management, with a minimum of 2-3 years' experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
