About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to lead our children's home in Locks Heath. As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each child
- Lead a team of carers and support staff to deliver high-quality care and support
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Collaborate with external agencies to provide a comprehensive support network for children and families
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care and support services
Requirements:
- Registered Manager qualification and experience in a children's home setting
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
