Job Title: Social Work Professionals

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Social Worker to join our Children in Care Teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with vulnerable children and young people, providing high-quality social work services to support their well-being and safety.

About the Role:

  • To provide effective social work services to children and families, including assessment, planning, and intervention.
  • To work collaboratively with other agencies and professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and young people.
  • To maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all cases, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 3 years' experience of front-line social work, including safeguarding and child protection.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple cases simultaneously.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: £45,940 - £49,140 per annum (inclusive of £5,719 contractual supplement).
  • 25 days annual leave (pro rata) plus bank holidays.
