About the Role:

The Executive Kitchen Manager will be responsible for leading the kitchen team, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standard, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced chef to take on a leadership role and make a real impact on the success of the hotel.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will have previous experience working as a senior chef in a luxury hotel or restaurant. You will be confident in your ability to lead a team, manage budgets, and maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the kitchen team and ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standard
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively
