Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Housing and Support Manager to lead our Reigate team, providing holistic support services to individuals with diverse needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Reigate team, ensuring effective delivery of support services.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote independence and empowerment among clients.
- Manage risk and ensure duty of care is delivered to clients.
- Collaborate with local authorities and other stakeholders to reinforce and build on existing relationships.
- Provide leadership and management with a commitment to promoting supportive and effective teamworking.
Requirements:
- Experience in housing management and support services.
- Ability to lead and manage a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work towards a housing management qualification.
- Own car and full, valid driving licence.
