About the Role:

Transform Housing & Support is seeking a highly skilled Financial Management Officer to join their finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial activities and procurement processes of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial transactions and ensure accurate recording of financial data.
  • Prepare financial reports on time and in accordance with organisational policies.
  • Conduct purchasing activities in accordance with the organisation's policies and best practices.
  • Work closely with various departments to ensure efficient financial management and procurement of goods and services.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and procurement processes.
  • Familiarity with housing association regulations and compliance requirements is an advantage.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a finance or procurement role, preferably within a housing association, non-profit, or public sector environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and be an able communicator.
