This Therapeutic Support Specialist role is a permanent, term-time only position requiring 37.5 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma or BSc in Occupational Therapy or equivalent, be registered with the HCPC, and possess at least 5 years of experience working with young people who have autism and severe learning disabilities.

Responsibilities include collaborating with a team to enhance the experiences of young people within school settings and across local children's homes. Key tasks include conducting assessments, monitoring progress, observing behaviors, making sensory recommendations, and providing direct therapeutic interventions to train staff.

The successful candidate will work closely with approximately 60 young people, promoting positive change and improvement in their lives.

The estimated annual salary for this position is £35,000.
