CV-Library seeks a skilled and compassionate individual to fill the role of Registered Manager at our Ofsted-registered children's home in Rossendale. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to vulnerable children and young people.

About the Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver high-quality care and support to vulnerable children and young people, working closely with commissioned psychologists and other therapists.
  2. Develop and implement therapeutic care plans tailored to the individual needs of each child, ensuring the best possible outcomes.
  3. Collaborate with senior management to drive organizational growth and improvement, identifying areas for innovation and development.
  4. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality frameworks, maintaining accurate records and reports.
  5. Represent the organization at external meetings and events, building strong relationships with stakeholders and partners.
