Job Summary
We are seeking a Teaching Support Specialist to provide individualised and group support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). You will work closely with teachers to deliver personalised support, adapting resources and strategies to suit individual needs.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of experience working with children or young people with SEN in an educational setting.
- Relevant qualifications such as a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification are desirable but not essential.
- Understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures, as well as knowledge of common SEN needs such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and speech and language difficulties.
Estimated Salary
£95-£130 per day, depending on experience and qualifications.
