Job Summary

The ideal candidate will oversee caseload allocation and management, supporting staff in resolving critical cases through collaboration with divisional teams.

This role involves managing part-time/full-time therapists, locums, trainees, psychological wellbeing practitioners, and their clinical cases on a daily basis.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement case management systems to improve operational efficiency.
  • Maintain a risk-conscious approach, sound judgement, and diplomacy while managing complex organisational structures.
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, displaying a positive and flexible attitude towards the role and service.
Requirements

The successful candidate will require strong administrative and technological skills, as well as excellent written and oral communication abilities.

Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary of £52,094.94 per annum, pro rata if part time, and a range of benefits including a 5-minute walk from the train station and bus stops within the campus.
