Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement people strategies that drive business outcomes and support our company's growth objectives.
  • Lead a high-performing team of people professionals, providing coaching, development, and guidance to ensure they have the skills and expertise needed to succeed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including business leaders, HR teams, and other departments, to drive business results and achieve company objectives.
  • Design and implement employee engagement, inclusion, and diversity initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and other financial plans to ensure effective resource allocation and management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure our people function remains competitive and compliant.
Requirements
  • CIPD qualification (level 7 or above) or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of leading people functions, driving business outcomes, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in developing and implementing employee engagement, inclusion, and diversity initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Knowledge of employment law, regulations, and best practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
