Job Title: Senior Commercial Officer

At Mech Electrics Limited, we are seeking a highly experienced Senior Commercial Officer to lead our new-build healthcare project in Shrewsbury. As the face of our commercial team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of this complex project.

The Role:
This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional with extensive commercial acumen to join our team. You will be responsible for providing commercial leadership and support, managing contractual and financial aspects of the project, and collaborating with key stakeholders to optimize project outcomes.

We are looking for someone who can bring significant experience from a building services background and has a proven track record of delivering complex projects within budget and on time. Your ability to conduct thorough risk assessments, implement effective mitigation strategies, and negotiate contracts will be essential in ensuring the financial success of the project.

Key Responsibilities: Provide commercial leadership and support; Manage contractual and financial aspects of the project; Collaborate with key stakeholders; Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement effective mitigation strategies;
