About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telesales Professional to join our team in Shrewsbury. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building relationships with existing clients in the construction sector.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in telesales, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to build rapport with customers. A medium to high level of call volume is expected, with an emphasis on quality over quantity.

Working closely with the Business Development Manager, you will identify and pursue new leads, maintain relationships with existing clients, and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

  • Develop and execute a targeted cold calling strategy to generate new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, including follow-up actions and results.
  • Collaborate with the BDM to identify and pursue new leads.
