Job Title: Social Services Coordinator

About the Role:
This position involves providing crisis intervention and support to vulnerable members of the community. The successful candidate will work closely with other professionals to assess and respond to emergency situations, ensuring that those in need receive timely and effective support.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assessing and responding to emergency situations
* Providing crisis intervention and support to vulnerable individuals and families
* Collaborating with other professionals to ensure effective case management
* Developing and implementing individualized plans to meet the needs of clients

Requirements:
* Qualified Social Worker with experience in crisis intervention and support
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this position is up to £40 per hour, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive hourly rate, employees also enjoy a range of benefits, including paid annual leave and opportunities for career development and advancement.
