We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Worker to join our team at Benton Robertson. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with vulnerable children and young people, with a particular focus on adolescent social care. They will have experience of managing high levels of risk, including safeguarding and public protection, and be able to effectively manage case workers who deliver social work with adolescents and their parents/families with contextual safeguarding issues. The successful candidate will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. They will be committed to providing high-quality patient care and have a strong awareness of risk management and safeguarding in the context of social care. The role will involve working with a range of stakeholders, including children, young people, and their families, as well as other professionals and agencies. The successful candidate will be able to effectively use data, intelligence, and evidence to create meaningful insight and inform their decision-making. They will also have experience of addressing specific equality or diversity issues within their practice and taking action to solve them. The role will be based in Richmond and will involve working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. The successful candidate will be able to travel across multiple sites and will be required to have a car. The role will involve fully on-site and hybrid/remote working, with the team able to offer up to 2-3 days remote working.
