**Job Summary:**
The Client Services Executive will be responsible for supporting clients in meeting compliance standards, managing client accounts, and working closely with the Helpdesk to provide guidance and advice on the Meridian system. The successful candidate will build strong relationships with clients to deliver exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities:
* Provide proactive support to clients to ensure they meet compliance standards
* Manage client accounts in conjunction with the Scheduling team and Account Managers
* Work closely with the Helpdesk to provide guidance and advice on the Meridian system

Requirements:
* 3 years of experience in a Client Service role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
