Surface Operations Specialist

As a Surfacing Operative at Breedon Group plc, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for delivering high-quality surfacing services throughout the UK. Your primary role will be to work closely with experienced operatives, carrying out tasks as directed by the Foreman and actively contributing to the success of the team.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Carry out tasks as directed by the Foreman, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive team culture.
- Report any accidents, incidents, or concerns to the relevant authorities.
- CSCS / CPCS qualifications desirable.
- Driving licence preferred.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
