Job Title: Surfacing Operative

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Surfacing Operative to join our team at Breedon Group plc. As a key member of our surfacing squad, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality surfacing services to our clients across the UK.

About the Role

As a Surfacing Operative, you will be responsible for carrying out tasks as directed by the Foreman and working closely with a team of experienced operatives. Your success in this role will be driven by your ability to consistently complete tasks on time, taking pride in delivering a product of superior quality and having a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out tasks as directed by the Foreman and work closely with a team of experienced operatives.
  • Deliver high-quality surfacing services to our clients across the UK.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Report any accidents, incidents, near misses, issues, or concerns to the Foreman.
Requirements
  • CSCS / CPCS qualifications desirable.
  • Driving licence is preferable.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Enthusiasm and passion for developing through the role to become a multi-skilled surfacing operative.
