Project Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead a large-scale education construction project in Oxford. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing mechanical works, managing a team of engineers and technicians, and collaborating with contractors and stakeholders.

The successful candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure project success.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and project documentation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and construction processes.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Full-time availability for on-site work in Oxford.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
