We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated Education Assistant to join our team in Oxford. As a key member of our support staff, you will work closely with teachers to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment for all students.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and passionate individual to work as a Teaching Assistant in our schools across Oxford. You will be responsible for assisting teachers in the classroom, helping to develop lesson plans, and providing individualized support to students with diverse needs.

  • Support teachers in preparing teaching materials and resources.
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience as a teaching assistant or in a similar educational role (desired but not essential).
  2. A deep commitment to working with children and supporting their academic growth.
  3. A strong focus on safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
  4. A variety of daily, short-term, and long-term positions available, including permanent roles.
