">The Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual who can build strong relationships with students, teachers, and other staff members. As a Teacher Assistant, you will be responsible for creating engaging learning activities and providing individualized support to students with complex needs.
">Requirements:
- EXPERIENCE IN EDUCATION: At least some experience working in a school or educational setting.
- WORKING WITH SPECIAL NEEDS: Experience in supporting students with ASD and SEMH.
- TEACHING ASSISTANT SKILLS: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
