About the Role

Elysium Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for providing expert clinical leadership and guidance to our multidisciplinary team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clinical Leadership: Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the multidisciplinary team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to patients.
  • Medication Management: Develop and implement effective medication management plans to ensure the safe and effective treatment of patients.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all aspects of care are delivered in accordance with best practice and regulatory requirements.
  • Compliance: Ensure full compliance with quality standards, including the delivery of NICE guidance.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage the CPA and ICR process to ensure full compliance with quality standards.

Requirements

  • Medical Qualification: MBBS or equivalent medical qualification.
  • Registration: Full GMC registration with licence to practice.
  • Clinical Experience: Widespread and detailed experience of assessment and management of patients in psychiatry.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to take full and independent responsibility for clinical care of patients.
