About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team at Elysium Healthcare. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for providing expert clinical leadership and guidance to our multidisciplinary team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assessment and Treatment: Ensure that individuals admitted to our care are assessed, treated, and discharged safely, in line with best practice guidelines.
  • Medication Management: Develop and implement effective medication management plans to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Quality Assurance: Lead and manage the quality assurance process, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practice guidelines.
  • Leadership and Management: Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with NHS clinicians and commissioners to ensure seamless care pathways and effective communication.

Requirements

  • Medical Qualification: MBBS or equivalent medical qualification.
  • Registration and Licensure: Full GMC registration with a license to practice.
  • Clinical Experience: Significant experience in the assessment and management of patients with complex mental health needs.
  • Leadership and Management: Proven ability to lead and manage a team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
