About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Agricultural Recruitment Specialists. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and innovation through the development and execution of sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and innovation
  • Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve outstanding sales results
  • Work closely with field-based account managers to expand the premium palletized product range and increase market impact
  • Champion a cutting-edge, professional approach using advanced CRM tools to ensure seamless collaboration with the field sales force, product managers, and marketing team
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to smash budgeted margins and unlock new product offerings and remote services
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in a sales management role, preferably in the agricultural industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team
  • Experience with CRM tools and a proven ability to analyze data to inform sales strategies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of the agricultural industry
