Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and innovation
- Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve outstanding sales results
- Work closely with field-based account managers to expand the premium palletized product range and increase market impact
- Champion a cutting-edge, professional approach using advanced CRM tools to ensure seamless collaboration with the field sales force, product managers, and marketing team
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to smash budgeted margins and unlock new product offerings and remote services
- Proven track record of success in a sales management role, preferably in the agricultural industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team
- Experience with CRM tools and a proven ability to analyze data to inform sales strategies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of the agricultural industry
