Job Title: Agricultural Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Agricultural Sales Manager to join our team at Agricultural Recruitment Specialists. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with clients in the agricultural industry.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in telesales or sales, with a proven track record of expanding sales ledgers and achieving results. Experience in the agricultural industry would be beneficial, but not essential. The ideal candidate will be a driven and ambitious individual who is passionate about sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expand sales ledgers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders in the agricultural industry
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Provide market insights and analysis to inform business decisions
