The Sales Manager role is all aboutdriving dynamic growth and innovation This leader will spearheadan integrated telesales operation, energize the Agri-Desk service,and inspire a high-performing team to achieve outstanding salesresults. Working hand-in-hand with field-based account managers,the Agri-Desk team will focus on the premium palletized productrange and expand their impact across the market. The manager willchampion a cutting-edge, professional approach using advanced CRMtools, ensuring seamless collaboration with the field sales force,product managers, and marketing team. With ambitious goals insight, this role is set to smash budgeted margins and unlock newproduct offerings and remote services, transforming the efficiencyand reach of the sales model
The Candidate
-Management in a telesales role is highlydesirable
-Proven history of expanding a salesledger
-Driven by initiative and achievingresults
-Experience or interest in agriculture would bebeneficial
