Job Description

We are seeking two Learning & Development professionals to join our forward-thinking, award-winning organisation as Learning & Development Facilitators. In this role, you will combine training delivery, coaching, and project work to empower teams and elevate care standards across homes.

The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering engaging in-person and virtual training sessions that meet organisational and regulatory standards. They will also develop comprehensive blended learning programs to support professional development, conduct coaching sessions and mentorship to enhance skills, promote growth, and improve care delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and delivering impactful training programs, exceptional facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills to engage diverse audiences effectively. Additionally, they should be proficient in using learning management systems, e-learning platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite. A high level of adaptability, organisational skills, and ability to manage a travel-intensive schedule are also essential.
