Our client Albion Health is seeking an experienced General Nurse to join their nursing team at a nursing home in Lytham St Annes.
You would ideally have experience of working in a similar environment.
- Supervise care assistants and junior nursing staff members effectively.
- Monitor patient condition closely.
- Create and execute personalized care plans.
- Hold a valid NMC Pin registration.
- Possess the ability to pass a DBS check.
This is a full-time and permanent position, offering an estimated salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
