Barchester Healthcare is seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Senior Care Assistant. As a key member of our care team, you will work closely with our residents to deliver high-quality care and support that meets their individual needs.

Your Role

You will be responsible for supervising and motivating a team of Care Assistants, ensuring that they provide the highest standards of care and support to our residents. You will also work closely with the clinical team to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care and have experience of working in a care environment. You should be passionate about delivering high-quality care and support and have excellent communication skills.

Estimated Salary: £23,500 - £26,500 per annum
