About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Services team at The People's Pension. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and empathetic service to customers through effective communication, ensuring their queries and requests are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve service standards and service levels, contributing to the department's overall success.
  • Utilize active listening skills to understand customer needs, providing tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Manage a broad range of customer queries and requests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of processes and procedures to improve customer service and experience.
