Contract Advisor - Energy Sectors

ARM is seeking an experienced Contract Advisor to join our client, a Global Leader in Engineering and Construction business for the Offshore Energy Sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deploy Contract Management activities for a new offshore pipeline project.
  • Review and qualify or draft different types of Contracts, including Engineering, Construction, Transportation and Installation Contracts, and associated Confidentiality Agreements, Non-Disclosure and Restrictive Use Agreement; Heads of Agreement and Nominated Subcontractors Agreements and Joint Venture Agreements.
  • Manage the workload in coordination with Tendering and Commercial functions, collecting inputs from other functions, especially Insurance, Tax and Finance.
  • Prepare Contract Summaries and draft Conformity Reports on a project-specific basis.
  • Draft legal instruments and correspondence.
  • Perform legal research.
  • Assist all Company functions with legal and contractual coordination with relevant corporate functions.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Contract Management.
  • Experience working for an offshore installation contractor is preferred.
  • Offshore operations experience is essential.
