  • Review and qualify or draft various types of contracts, including engineering, construction, transportation, and installation contracts.
  • Manage the workload in coordination with tendering and commercial functions, collecting inputs from other functions, especially insurance, tax, and finance.
  • Prepare contract summaries and draft conformity reports on a project-specific basis.
  • Participate in meetings with internal and external clients, taking notes and preparing summaries and/or minutes of meetings.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Experience in contract management and negotiation.
