Contract Advisor - Energy Sectors

ARM is seeking an experienced Contract Advisor to join our client, a Global Leader in Engineering and Construction business for the Offshore Energy Sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and qualify or draft different types of Contracts, including Engineering, Construction, Transportation and Installation Contracts, and associated Confidentiality Agreements, Non-Disclosure and Restrictive Use Agreement; Heads of Agreement and Nominated Subcontractors Agreements and Joint Venture Agreements;
  • Manage the workload in coordination with Tendering and Commercial functions, collecting the inputs from the other function, especially Insurance, Tax and Finance.
  • Prepare Contract Summaries and draft Conformity Reports on project specific basis;
  • Draft legal instruments and correspondence;
  • Perform legal research;
  • Assist all Company functions with legal and contractual in coordination with the relevant corporate functions.
Requirements:
  • Candidates must have proven experience in Contract Management
  • Experience working for an offshore installation contractor is preferred
  • Offshore operations experience is essential
