We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at The Dean Neurological Centre in Gloucester. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality support to individuals with complex neurological conditions, promoting their independence and well-being.

Your day-to-day will involve working closely with colleagues to deliver person-centred care, including unit handovers, analysing behaviours, and adapting care plans accordingly. You will also be responsible for updating patient records, providing overall care and support, and assisting with daily living activities such as feeding, showering, and toilet assistance.
