About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our Neurological Care Team at the Dean Neurological Centre. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex neurological conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily care tasks, including personal hygiene and mobility support
  • Participate in ward rounds and contribute to the development of individual care plans
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Update patient records and maintain accurate documentation

The Dean Neurological Centre is a specialist 24-hour nursing and therapy service for individuals with complex long-term neurological conditions. Our centre delivers rehabilitation, tracheostomy, and ventilator care, with a focus on maximising individual abilities, comfort, and living as independently as possible.
