Job Title: Legal Cashier

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Cashier to join our team at No1 Legal and Professional.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage office and client payments, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Allocate incoming funds from clients upfront fee payments, maintaining a clear audit trail.
  • Process and bank cheques, reconciling accounts to ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns, adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Focus on billing and fee earning production, driving business growth.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Legal Cashier, with up-to-date knowledge of SAR regulations.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
