Job Title: Legal Cashier

We are seeking a skilled Legal Cashier to join our team at EJ Legal Limited. As a Legal Cashier, you will play a vital role in supporting the Real Estates and Projects Department with all aspects of accounts administration and legal cashiering.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Producing detailed matter balance reports
  • Arranging meetings with fee earners
  • Ensuring the smooth financial operation of the department

You will work closely with the Real Estates and Projects Department to ensure the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions. Your strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work consistently will be essential in this role.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 12 months' experience in a legal accounts environment
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Word
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team
