We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Business Development Executive to join our team at Focus Resourcing. As a Sales Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and establishing new business opportunities with existing and new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Generate new business opportunities through various sales activities, including sales visits, appointments, presentations, networking, mail shot activities, and telephone sales.
- Account Management: Work with the Account Manager to formulate account plans for designated clients and maintain commercial awareness of business opportunities.
- Lead Generation: Maintain marketplace knowledge to identify and follow up on new business leads and achieve business requirements and sales targets in line with KPIs.
- Client Service: Accountable for dealing with speculative calls, aftercare, and client service calls.
Requirements:
- Commercial Experience: Experience of working in a target-driven commercial environment and experience in business relationship management, customer service, and sales.
- Networking Skills: Highly developed client communication and networking skills.
- Presentation Skills: Excellent presentation skills and ability to maintain commercial awareness of business opportunities.
- Qualifications: Must have a full driving license and access to own vehicle.
- Personal Qualities: Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

- Salary: Salary will be between £25,000 - £28,000 depending on qualification and experience.
