Job Title: Ultimate Tech Leader

Join the Ultimate Activity team as an Ultimate Tech Leader and play a key role in delivering our Ultimate Tech programme to children aged 8-14. As a leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of staff and ensuring the successful execution of all policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and deliver engaging technology and coding activities that cater to the needs and abilities of our young participants.
  • Directly manage a team of staff to ensure they deliver high-quality care and activities, adhering to our company's standards and policies.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of children in your care, implementing health and safety procedures as needed.
  • Supervise and engage with children outside of scheduled activities, promoting a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Manage administrative tasks and serve as the primary point of contact for parents and guardians.
  • Live up to the Ultimate Activity promise of 'Inspiring Children Every Day' and embody the company's values throughout your employment.
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications in IT teaching, Computer Science, or a Digital Media related course, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in working with children, with a passion for helping young people develop their IT skills.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in the IT teaching or holiday camp sectors.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact with parents and school representatives.
  • Problem-solving skills and patience, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
